ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2011, as arbitrary and illegal.

The petitioner claims that he belongs to Viswabrahmin community and is a Post Graduate and Graduate in Law. While he was practicing in Nellore, he came to know that a post of Law Officer is vacant in the office of the first respondent. Accordingly, he submitted a representation to the first respondent to consider his case for appointment in the 3rd respondent-Mutt. Thereafter, the petitioner was appointed initially on payment of Rs.8,000/- on contract basis. He joined duty on 3.5.2008 and has been looking after the cases relating to the 3rd respondent. While in service of the 3rd respondent, he passed Departmental Accounts Test conducted by the APPSC in the month of November, 2009 and informed the same to the respondents through his representation dated 30.1.2010. He states that there are four

approved Senior Assistants posts in the 1st respondent office at Tirupati and out of that, two posts are vacant. At that time, the petitioner was paid consolidated pay of Rs.11,000/- per month. In those circumstances, he submitted representations in the year 2010, 2011, 2012 and finally on 13.3.2013, but so far no orders were passed thereon. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. Even after three years, no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents.

In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.3.2013 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
