THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.Nos. 4221, 4268 and 4274 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in these cases is that they had applied to the 3rd respondent for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the land claimed by them and the 3rd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioners should file an application in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 with supporting documents and if such applications are filed, the 3rd respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

In view of the said submission, all three Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit applications in Form 6A prescribed under above Act with supporting documents; if such applications are filed, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of such applications and communicate the same to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
