This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioners house site pattas admeasuring Ac.0-02 cents each, across Plot Nos 24, 32, 34, 31, 56, 16, 17, 28, 78, 79, 8, 30, 36 and 33 respectively in Sy.No.161-1 situated at Raptadu Village and Mandal, Anantapuramu District without issuing any notice or following due procedure contemplated under law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader says that the respondents will follow due process of law, incase they want to evict the petitioners from the subject property. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
