C.M.A.M.P.No.2094 of 2017 is filed Under Section 151 CPC seeking permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

This appeal is filed under Section 30 of Workmen Compensation Act assailing the award and decree dated 12.12.2011 passed in W.C.No.30 of 2010 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen/Employees Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-IV, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 24.08.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, C.M.A.M.P.No.2094 of 2017 is ordered and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
