THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9276 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 of Crime No.570 of 2017 of Saroornagar Police Station and also heard the learned public prosecutor, representing the 2nd respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 1st respondent - defacto complainant. 2.

Perused the contents of the FIR and the grounds urged in the quash petition and the counter case registered on the report of one Mohammed Kareemuddin against the 1st respondent - defacto complainant herein and others, as Crime No.569 of 2017 by the said police station for the self- same sections of the issue of Galata at Sub-Registrar Office, Saroornagar.

Having regard to the above, though there is nothing to interdict the investigation, the petitioner pending investigation shall not be arrested, however, police investigation shall go on. Police shall complete the investigation and file final report within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
