This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.307 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise), Karimnagar.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
