This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in rejecting the petitioners' tenders as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of this writ petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
