The present appeal arises out of judgment and decree dated 23.08.1999 in O.S.No.527 of 1989 on the file of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

There is no representation on behalf of the appellant, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

I.A.No.5 of 2018 is filed seeking to bring legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1 on record. Though, the present application was filed in the year 2018, till date no notices were served on the proposed legal heirs. Learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that the appellant herein also died. 4.

This case pertains to the year 2000 and as there is no representation for the appellant, this appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
