Heard.

2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 08.07.2019 suspending the fair price shop authorization of the petitioner on the ground that when the petitioner was given in-charge of fair price dealership of shop No.2242012 he indulged in some illegalities.

3. Against the order of suspension, remedy of appeal is provided by Standing Order No.20 of Telangana State Public Distribution System (Control Order) 2016. Without availing said remedy of appeal, this Writ Petition is filed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that a show cause notice was issued and the petitioner filed his explanation to the same. Without considering such explanation, suspension is resorted to.

5. Show cause notice is for continuation of authorization. Authorization and suspension are two independent proceedings. Since the petitioner approached this Court straight away without exhausting the remedy of appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
