HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20048 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief: " ...writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the amended byelaws, not approving the members list, audited financial accounts and general body resolutions dated 26.03.2017 and 25.04.2017 in the light of the representations dated 08.05.2017 and 15.06.2017 as illegal, unjust, contrary to law and direct the 2nd respondent to register the amended byelaws, approve the membership list, audited financial accounts and general body resolutions in the light of the representations dated 08.05.2017 and 15.06.2017" .

2. On 08.05.2017, the petitioners claim to have sent reminder followed by another reminder on 15.06.2017. After taking note of the dates on which the reminders were sent, this court is of the view that the inaction complained in the writ petition, as a matter of fact, cannot be considered at this stage of the matter. The petitioners are given liberty to send another reminder by enclosing the copy of this order and this court has no reason to doubt that the 2nd respondent would act as required by law.
