COMMON ORDER:

The writ petitions are directed against the show cause notice issued under Section 14B of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act.

2. Since the impugned order is only a show cause notice and since the jurisdiction of the authority in issuing the show cause notice is not in controversy, there is no reason to entertain the writ petitions. However, petitioner is at liberty to file objections to the show cause notice by raising all available grounds.

The writ petitions are disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
