HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20180 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the lands of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.1-10 cents in R.S.No.80 and 113/3 and 1 terraced builing, 3 Tobaco Curing Barons situated at P.Narayanapuram Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District were acquired for the purpose of P.Narayanapuram Reservoir and in respect of the same, the petitioner was also issued notice dated 12.08.2015 by the 2nd respondent, asking the petitioner to produce relevant documents for payment of compensation in respect of acquired land. In pursuance to the said notice, petitioner produced relevant documents. But till now the respondent authorities have neither paid compensation to the petitioner nor passed any orders thereon. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel petitioner submits that similarly situated person whose name is mentioned at Serial No.95 of the notice issued by the 2nd respondent filed W.P.No.18487 of 2016 and the same was disposed of on 15.06.2016.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and in view of the order dated 15.06.2016 in W.P.No.18487 of 2016, the 2nd respondent is directed to take further action in pursuance to the notice dated 12.08.2015 in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since it is stated that the petitioner has already submitted all the relevant documents as specified in the notice.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No
