This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (Family Court) at Srikakulam and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2016 was disposed of by the Family Court, Srikakulam, on 31.05.2017 and he filed the case status to that effect.

In view of the disposal of H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2016, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
