THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No.291 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the State Government has constituted Complaint Adjudicating Committee vide G.O.Ms.No.9, dated 24.02.2016 to deal with grievances/complaints by citizens/NGOs in an effective and time bound manner. He placed the G.O. on record. Having confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of PIL with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Complaint Adjudicating Committee within a period of two weeks from today.

PIL is disposed of as not pressed. If the petitioner makes representation as afore-mentioned, the Complaint Adjudicating Committee shall deal with the same promptly in proper perspective and take it to its logical conclusion. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
