When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4356 of 2012 dated 03.09.2019 and therefore, contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2019 in W.P.No.4356 of 2012, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.09.2009 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
