THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.30286 OF 2014 ORDER:

As on today, there is no criminal case pending against the petitioner.

3.

In the circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for closure of rowdy sheet and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
