This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 CPC, is filed challenging the order, dated 19.12.2011, passed in E.A.No.171 of 2010 in E.P.No.49 of 2004 in O.S.No.63 of 1993 by the Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, the petition filed under Order VI Rule 17 and Section 151 CPC, was allowed as prayed for.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the execution petition was disposed of on 13.02.2015 by the executing Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
