CVNR, J & TR, J FCA.No.143 of 2017 Dt: 18.04.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal (FCA) is filed against Common Order, dated 19-10-2015, to the extent it pertains to OP.No.109 of 2010 on the file of the Family Court -cum- IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, whereby it has dismissed the said OP filed by the appellant for restitution of conjugal rights against the respondent.

By the same Common Order, the Family Court has decreed OP.No.483 of 2009 filed by the respondent for dissolution of marriage with the appellant. FCA.No.134 of 2017 filed by the appellant against the said order has been dismissed by us today by a separate order. With the dismissal of the said FCA, the decree in OP.No.483 of 2009 granted in favour of the respondent stood confirmed.

As a consequence thereof, this FCA must fail and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
