THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.2026 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:

Sri T.Mahender Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter dated 13.12.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellant-Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. In view of the letter dated 13.12.2018, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award dated 03.04.2012 passed by the Chairman, Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-XIII Additional District Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, to the credit of MVOP No.247 of 2009 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts as per the award dated 03.04.2012.
