Pleader for Land Acquisition, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of petitioner/Respondent No.3 in the Contempt Case No. 1090 of 2024 in WP. No. 862 of 2024 on 14-08-2025 as directed by this Hon'ble Court;
WHEREAS the said Application coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and the earlier orders dated 21-06-2024,31-01-2025, 21.03,2025,25-04-2025 & l8-07-2025, made the following; ORDER:
This petition is filed to dispense with the personal appearance of Petitioner/respondent No.3 on 14-08-2025 in Contempt Case No. 1090 of 2024 in W.P. No. 862 of2024.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and perused the material on record. For the reasons stated in the affidavit fited in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered.
