When the matter was called on 21.09.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal.' In spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
