Sri K.Gani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 20.12.2016 in the Registry and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
