O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 6th respondent - Panchayat Secretary has given construction permission to the private respondents 7 and 8 in his land and based on his representation dated 29.06.2019, though the 3rd respondent - District Panchayat Officer, Rajanna Siricilla District vide Lr.No.R2/679/2019 dated 16.07.2019 directed the Extension Officer, Manal Praja Parishad, Rudrangi, to conduct enquiry and take legal action and submit report within three days from the date of said letter, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj and Home and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6 - Gram Panchayat.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2019, and after issuing notice and opportunity of hearing to private respondents 7 and 8, take appropriate action in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
