THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.369 of 2010 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Excise Superintendent, Malakpatnam Vs KBN Vishweswara Rao[1] and not allowing the petitioner to attend the interview for the posts of fulltime Safai Karmachari-cum-sepoy and filling up the posts through Employment Exchange only as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to issue call letter to the petitioner and to allow him to appear for the interview and to consider him for appointment to the above posts without insisting upon that his name should be sponsored by the Employment exchange.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent events, the cause of action does not survive for consideration.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
