This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 11.12.2014 passed in D.V.C.Criminal Appeal No.368 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
