Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the State of Telangana represented that today the respondents herein have produced the keys of the Godown, where the stock is kept, before the concerned Judicial Magistrate of First Class.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner herein to approach the said Court.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
