As none appeared for the petitioner on 20.10.2017, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed on 27.10.2017 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, though the Writ Petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal", neither Sri V.Sreenivasa Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, is present nor is there any representation on his behalf.
