THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8173 of 2015 ORDER:

The writ petitioners question the action of the 5th respondent in mutating the names of unofficial respondents in the revenue records in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.23-00 guntas in Survey Nos.22 and 23 of Kanchanpally village, Midjil mandal, Mahabubnagar district, and the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing the revision filed by the petitioners on 29.06.2013.

2. At the hearing, the petitioners' counsel submits that the petitioners have filed a revision petition before the 3rd respondent on 29.06.2013 in respect of the aforesaid lands, and though the revision is filed in the year 2013, no orders were passed till date due to which the petitioners are suffering irreparable loss. He further submits that on earlier occasions, the petitioners succeeded in civil litigations.

3. Considering the limited relief which is sought in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to take up the revision on file and pass orders on merits, within a period of four months from today, after issuance of notice to all the parties concerned.
