THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 13058 OF 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondentStation House Officer, Kadiri Town Police Station is not initiating investigation pursuant to his complaint, dated 06.04.2016, against the 4th respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) submits that the respondent authorities having conducted the preliminary enquiry has come to conclusion that the dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent is purely civil in nature and he seeks time for filing counter.

Having considered the respective submissions and the limited grievance of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to strictly follow the guidelines laid down in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of U.P. and Others1. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
