Heard both sides. With the consent of both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Rc.No.3185/2015, dated 15.06.2015, at the earliest. Without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner ie.Rc.No.3185/2015/A in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same is not disposed of yet. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
