ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare action of the respondent in interfering with the petitioner's manufacturing and sale of its bio-products by issuing instructions, vide memo, dated 21.01.2006, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mrs.B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court for unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition. Accepting the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 01.02.2012, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.2931 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
