In view of the representation made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana that pursuant to the report, dated 03.05.2017, a case in Crime No.94 of 2017 of Yerrupalam Police Station was registered by the 4th respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 IPC, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
