THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14661 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the order of respondent No.2 dated 05.07.2003 and that of respondent No.1 dated 22.09.2008.

Respondent No.2 passed an order in favour of respondent No.3 granting counter-signature for a period of five years from 01.01.2000 to 31.12.2004.

Since the said period is over, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
