SKK,J WP_18285_2014 O R D E R:- On the last occasion, when this matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption " for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
