The only grievance of the petitioner-M/s.Venkateshwara Deluxe A/c Theatre, is that it has submitted application dt.30.03.2017 to the 2nd respondent for grant of Fire No Objection Certificate by paying requisite fee as the said certificate is necessary for renewal of cinema theatre licence. But, as on today no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent on the said application. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Since it is stated that the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of 'Fire No Objection Certificate' is pending before the 2nd and 3rd respondents, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of 'Fire No Objection Certificate' and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
