THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.20897 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed having been aggrieved of the 4th respondent's oral direction to the petitioner not to supply/prepare food for the students of Zilla Parishad High School, Kambadur Village and Mandal, Anantapur District under 'Mid-Day Meals' scheme. 2.

It is inter alia stated in the writ petition that the said oral directions are contrary to the proceedings dated 12.10.2008 issued by the 3rd respondent, Tahsildar, Kambadur Mandal. 3.

At the time of admission of this writ petition on 24.07.2014, this Court passed the following interim order in WPMP No.26196 of 2014. "Since the petitioner has been allowed to supply mid-day meals to the Zilla Parishath High School, Kambadur Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, he may be permitted to continue to do so, so long as no specific complaint about the poor quality of food being prepared and supplied by him is received." 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order, the relief sought for worked out for itself and no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
