21.05.2026 I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2026 I.A.No.1 of 2026 is filed by the petitioners to reduce the Surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.5,000/- or any other amount reasonable as imposed in the order dated 01.05.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.6726 of 2026.

I.A.No.2 of 2026 is filed by the petitioners to extend the time for surrender by a further period of two (02) weeks or such other period.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court by an order dated 01.05.2026 in Crl.P.No.6726 of 2026, subject to certain conditions, wherein condition No.1 is extracted for reference:

"The petitioners/A2 and A4 shall surrender the Station House Officer EOW, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand Only) each with two

sureties, for the like sum each."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1, who is arrayed as accused No.2 had recently undergone a caesarean delivery and is presently taking care of an infant child and that the petitioner No.1/accused No.2 is owing to several financial crisis.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to reduce the surety amount with respect to petitioner No.1/accused No.2 to Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each, to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer EOW, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad. Further, the surety amount with respect to petitioner No.2/accused No.4 remains same.

Further, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Station House Officer EOW, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad for a further period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2026 is partly allowed and I.A.No.2 of 2026 is allowed.
