THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18308 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 12.08.2015 and 19.08.2015, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
