THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36184 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is filed by one T.Avinash, Son of Ramesh, seeking production of Ms. Sk.Fazee, daughter of Sk.Haroon Rasheed, contending that she has been illegally detained by respondents 7 and 8. He claims that he has married Ms. Sk.Fazee.

In view of our directions, Ms. Sk.Fazee along with her parents is present in the Chamber. We interacted with her in the presence of lady Court Master Smt. K.Vani in our Chamber. She is hardly 19 years old girl pursuing her education. We asked her several questions to find out whether she is under pressure and we found that she is not. We found her very confident and clear. She stated that she would not like to join the petitioner and would like to live with her parents. She also stated that she has not been illegally detained, as alleged.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
