Heard.

Claiming to conduct survey in land to an extent of Ac.0.37 guntas in survey No.161/3 at Chunchupally Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, petitioner submitted F-line petition, acknowledged by the TS On-line on 07.03.2019. That being so, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondentTahsildar, Chunchupalli Mandal, to consider the request of the petitioner for conducting survey and pass orders, as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the Tahsildar agrees for conducting survey, he shall follow due procedure required for conducting survey.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
