HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3850 of 2010 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

Even the impugned docket order of the lower Court dated 17.08.2010 in I.A.No.8 of 2010 with a direction not to alienate till then by posting the matter at request of the respondent therein to 19.08.2010 and the subsequent extension at request again till 23.09.2010, for nothing to show that order continued in force. Therefore, there is nothing to sit in revision against that, but for to say such injunction petition is pending both parties to get ready, leave about the suit O.S.No.4 of 2010 is pending more than 7 years and from the verification of the tract record it shows the suit is posted for 12.12.2017. Thereby the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as early as possible. Having regard to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
