This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus, seeking to declare the action of the 2nd Respondent in cancelling the Revocation of Termination Order, dated 19.3.2012 passed against the Proceedings No.P7/437(93)/2008-RM/K, dated 20.9.2011, which is for cancelling the Deed of License, dated 21.10.2008 to do the business in Tiruvuru Bus Station on the ground that the Petitioner is not paying the outstanding license fee due from 28.4.2010 to 30.9.2011 to a tune of Rs.7,88,763/- as the Petitioner was not able to start the Super Market business due to failure of the Respondents to construct the Culvert on the drainage in front of the Petitioner's shop as illegal and arbitrary.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
