Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ravi Chimalapati, learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent - Gram Panchayat.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is alleged inaction on the part of the third respondent - Gram Panchayat in responding to the application dated 12.01.2018, said to have been made by the petitioner herein for the purpose of renewal of building permission. According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner of the house site admeasuring 260 square yards, situated in Survey Nos.87/2, 87/3 of Satrampadu Village, Eluru Mandalam, Eluru, West Godavari District. It is further stated that during his lifetime, the husband of the petitioner purchased the said property vide registered sale deed bearing document No.8764/1999, dated 10.11.1999. Earlier vide proceedings dated 31.03.2011, in respect of the said land, Gram Panchayat granted permission for construction of the house stipulating twelve (12) months period for completion of the construction. According to the petitioner, on 12.01.2018, she made an application to the third respondent - Gram Panchayat, requesting for renewal of building permission and the same is pending consideration.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent - Gram Panchayat and as

AVSS, J W.P.No. 13131 of 2018 the application is pending consideration before the third respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the third respondent to verify the application dated 12.01.2018, said to have been made by the petitioner herein and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
