This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularising the services of the petitioners even after completing nearly 3 decades service in the respondent department working in the branch and Village Libraries against the existing post of Librarian Grade-III, even after possessing statutory educational qualifications and other qualifications as per G.O.Ms.No.674, Education Department dated 21.03.1967 for subjecting to exploitative enslavement by paying pittance of wages as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners as Librarian Grade III in the existing vacancies for possessing statutory educational and technical qualifications to hold the post as per Judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Tribunal in OA.No.2402/2016 and batch dated 07.03.2017.

Heard both sides.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is stated to be pending before the respondents by way of representation dated 15.07.2017 and 09.02.2018, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the said representations, in accordance with law, within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
