THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3404 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent. The petitioner questions the order, dated 02.07.2015, passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, in rejecting his application filed under Order XVI Rule 7 C.P.C., being I.A.No.469 of 2015 in O.S.No.200 of 2008. It is evident from the impugned order itself that Ex.B21 is a certificate issued by the Tahsildar Urban Mandal, Tirupati. Since the said document was already marked, it was rightly held by the trial Court that there was no need to summon the Tahsildar. Hence, I do not see any infirmity in the impugned order warranting interference by this Court.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
