Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given application on 28-12-2016 under the layout regularization scheme notified by the State Governemnt and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said application within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
