HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.09 OF 2012 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 22.10.2018, there was no representation for petitioner. Since it is an old matter of the year 2011, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent is present and ready. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the criminal revision case.

Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
