O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 3 and 4 - police authorities, in registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2019, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that the place of alleged occurrence as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2019, comes within the jurisdiction of Police Station, Janagom, but the petitioner has filed complaint before Jawaharnagar police station. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that private respondents 5 and 6 are harassing the petitioner at his place which comes within the jurisdiction of Police Station, Jawahar Nagar, Kushaiguda, Hyderabad. In view of the above, if the private respondents 5 and 6 harass the petitioner, he is at liberty to file fresh complaint and the respondent No.3 shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. However in respect of grievance in the complaint dated 09.07.2019, petitioner is at liberty to approach the Police Station, Janagom, and the competent authority shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
