Learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that since the subject suit O.S.No.1449 of 2007 on the file of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal district, was disposed of on 21.09.2017, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
