Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 2.

The Petitioner/ Decree holder is permitted to collect his share in the amounts deposited so far to the credit of E.P. No.38 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, by the Judgment Debtors. However, if there is any balance amount payable by the J.Drs, they shall pay within one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, else, the Court shall proceed with the execution as expeditiously as possible, if necessary, attachment of the said immovable property ordered. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
